That’s why we always recommend our customers review their applications before an accident occurs. During the inspection, Hydroscand’s service technicians examine all your hoses and fittings and then develop a maintenance plan together with you.

The recommended frequency for regular inspections varies greatly depending on the customer’s needs. Initially, your fleet or machinery may require more frequent inspections, which can later transition to less frequent ongoing reviews. Some of our customers perform maintenance one to three times per year, while others need weekly inspections. Everything is tailored to your specific needs.

Hydroscand also performs pressure testing of hoses, which is an important safety measure to reduce the risk of both personal injury and equipment damage, as there may, for example, be acid in the hoses. Such measures also help minimize the risk of accidents with negative environmental impact, where hazardous substances could leak into nature following a hose failure.

Hydroscand also offers specific maintenance services for workshops, called Workshop Inspections. This involves reviewing all machines and tools that include hoses and various types of fittings, adapters, or valves. After a thorough inspection, a clear report is created along with an action plan. At the same time, a quote is prepared so that you know exactly what the recommended measures will cost from the start.
