In accordance with the requirements of REACH, Hydroscand AB is qualified as a distributor and primarily as an 'importer of goods', where goods, according to the regulation, refer to a product or component.

Hydroscand is not qualified as a manufacturer/importer of chemicals according to the REACH regulation and is therefore not obligated to register or pre-register.

Hydroscand AB performs the activities required to fulfill its responsibilities and obligations in the supply chain.

Hydroscand has addressed these issues with suppliers and requires that suppliers register substances according to the REACH regulation, or that they in turn require their own suppliers to do so.

For all chemicals that Hydroscand uses in our production, a safety data sheet is available upon request.

Hydroscand AB has taken the necessary measures to ensure that all products released on the market comply with the requirements of 2002/95/EC (and subsequent amendments).

Currently, the directive does not affect Hydroscand AB's product range.
