At Hydroscand Special Hoses, we mount couplings and components on special hoses such as Spir Star tubing, metal tubing and composite tubing.
All assembly is done on site by employees with special skills, which guarantees high quality and short delivery times – often the very next day.

Our employees are used to working according to very special wishes and requirements. Together with you, we produce drawings in CAD. When the drawings are approved, we produce customer-unique connections in our CNC lathes and then carry out the assembly on the hose.Â
Unique marking
All hoses are tested for tightness and delivered according to your wishes.Â
All Special Hoses are provided with a unique marking which is archived, which simplifies the subsequent order considerably. All hoses are leak proofed and delivered to the customer's wishes.Â
Competent welders
All welders working at Special Hoses hold welding test certificates, in accordance with EN 287-1, which fulfil our product range.Â
Certificate - do we need this?
The welding work at the production unit in Motala is certified according to ISO3834-2:2005. Hydroscand Special Hoses also holds type approval according to DNV/GL, which enables the manufacture of metal hose for marine applications, where extra high demands are placed on safety and quality.
We comply with the pressure vessel directive - PED. With this, we can CE mark the products mentioned in the certificate. This places demands on our operations regarding materials, welding, documentation, traceability of materials, marking of articles, test printing and much more.
